Hotel Rosina in Makarska is a hidden gem. The small and cosy atmosphere gives it a personal touch. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning and a stocked mini-bar. The location is quiet, yet only a short walk from the beach and promenade. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the staff is attentive. Great value for money, highly recommended.
No issues.

We were travelling the length of Croatia with my son and his fiancee and our stay at the Rosina was a truly memorable one. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed initially for 3 nights and ate on the terrace each night where our gourmet food was presented to us by our pleasant waitress. Later in our travels we returned to the Rosina for a further two nights for an unscheduled stay and this too was a very pleasant experience

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and an enjoyable stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet with a decent selection of fresh options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and underground parking.
There was some road noise that could be heard from the rooms facing the street. The elevators were small and could only fit a few people at a time, which meant some waiting during peak times.

Seaview
For a 4 Star Hotel it was not clean enough. Tv didn´t work very well. All channels of the Tv was quiet horrible

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the view. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection of dishes, and the dining room is beautifully set. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the room was very comfortable with a good choice for breakfast. Although I was only bed and breakfast there was an opportunity to eat at the hotel at night at a very reasonable price.
the hotel location. without transport the hotel is neither near the beach or the town. both can be reached by foot but this wouldn't be suitable with people with mobility problems and part of the return journey is uphill and up 2 flights of stairs. If the hotel was nearer the seafront it would be a perfect choice.

Our room was acceptable, although the bathroom was very, very small, the biggest fault was the close proximity to a busy road, and the traffic noise was relentless, hence we did not consider dining there for evening meal, the road noise too intrusive.Breakfast was barely adequate for a 4 star hotel, although breakfast waitress was more than helpful. The sea view was ok but you needed 20/20 vision , but the view into the local dentists and residences was great!

Hotel is within walking distance of the beach, quite clean and good breakfast. Easy to find and free parking. Staff wash´t especially friendly or helpful, but everything went ok and the room was clean and big. Not bad, not too good. The room with no balcony or view had small windows with a view to the next building´s wall. It was dull. So make sure you spend your days at Makarska´s nice and busy beaches, restaurants and harbor!

What an amazing romantic escape! the hotel had a magnificent view of the Adriatic sea from the balcony that we just adored, and the room was exquisitely decorated. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They gave us great restaurant recommendations in town that were easy to reach on foot. the breakfast was splendid. We particularly enjoyed the selection of fruit and pastries which were always so fresh.
the hotel was a bit of a walk from the beach, so it might not be the best choice for those who want to be on the shore right away.
